Odoo Functional Consultant

Position Overview:
The Odoo Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system, providing training, and supporting clients in optimizing their business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements from clients.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
- Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations.
- Test and validate system functionality before deployment.
- Support end-users with troubleshooting and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.).
- 1 - 2 years experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to train end-users effectively.
- Prior experience in ERP consulting is a plus.
