Odoo Functional Consultant

Position Overview:

The Odoo Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring the Odoo ERP system, providing training, and supporting clients in optimizing their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements from clients.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
• Provide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations.
• Test and validate system functionality before deployment.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc.).
• 1 - 2 years experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to train end-users effectively.
• Prior experience in ERP consulting is a plus.
